Delivery & Returns

Ordering Online

Orders can be placed online and payment made by credit/debit card or from your Paypal account. We use Paypal to process our payments, but you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment - simply follow the options on the payment screens to pay by credit/debit card.

We also accept cheque payment - to pay by cheque, just place your order online and choose the cheque payment option at checkout - print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and, with a cheque in £GBP payable to 'Lisa Batty', post to:

Please allow an additional 5-7 working days when paying by cheque - items will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

Delivery Information

We deliver worldwide, the delivery charges are per order:
UK - £2.95
Europe - £4.95
Rest of the World - £7.95

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery within the UK and up to 7 working days for Europe and Rest of the World.

Occasionally some items may be out of stock, especially at busy times such as Christmas and Valentine's Day - should your chosen items be unavailable we shall contact you as soon as possible with an expected delivery date.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please inform us within seven days of receipt to arrange a credit, refund or exchange. All items to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing - please note, returns postage costs will not be refunded, however a discount voucher will be offered.

Earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
